The Traditional Karate-Do Center offers programs that accommodate anyone interested in learning Karate. Participation in these programs is based more on readiness than a particular age.
Our students are men, women, and children ages four and up. Everyone has a proper place in our groups.

LITTLE DRAGONS

Our Little Dragon program is geared to meet the needs of our youngest students. We teach Karate techniques that motivate children to succeed yet allow for the differences in developmental abilities at these young ages. The Little Dragon program stresses skills that promote getting along with others, working cooperatively with peers and teachers, avoiding conflict by learning proper social skills, and recognizing and dealing with incidents involving strangers and other dangerous situations.

JUNIOR KARATE PROGRAMS

Our Junior Karate program meets the needs of students who are ready to participate in a more structured program of Karate. Though we continue to stress the development of social skills that promote avoiding conflict, we emphasize the need for assertive behaviors that allow one to stand up for oneself without being aggressive or passive. Respect, courteous behavior, and a positive winning attitude are our developmental goals. Students develop self-esteem through their training at the Traditional Karate-Do Center.

ADULT KARATE PROGRAM

Our Adult Karate program is structured to allow any interested student a path that will lead to success in the martial arts. Our adult students come from differing age groups and physical abilities. Our program is structured to accommodate individual differences. Karate is for everyone. All that is required is the determination to succeed.

FAMILY KARATE PROGRAM

Our Family Karate program is structured to meet the needs of our families that wish to train together. Families get to learn Karate and spend quality time together, strengthening their bonds.

T'AI CHI CH'UAN
